RESOLVED: bet24-7 casino doesn't pay out

Casino bet 24-7 operated by Versus Odds B.V. doesn't pay out since May 15 while they announce crypto withdrawals up to 48 hours.
Live support tells the only this "financial department will process request as soon as possible". I sent 2 emails to that department (finance@bet24-7.online) but got no response.
Please help me to get withrawal.

Could you please tell us has your account been verified?

According to their T&C those are the requirements: 

"The process we have in place to verify a player’s account involves three elements of verification; ID verification, proof of address & proof of payment.

The player has to provide documents in 48h after requesting the payout, and the merchant will review them in 3 business days. "

Did you submit all of these documents?

I never heard about this nor from live support, neither via email. 

I uploaded my id immediately after registration. And there were and still are no requirments to provide two other documents. And there is no place to upload proof of  payments and address.
