I am facing problems with a withdrawal requested from betting company Bet2u.
Allow me a moment to provide you with further information. I registered in Bet2u as I thought it wasn't a scam because the site was advertised on Skrill's website.
I am a fully verified customer and i have screenshots proving that.
I ve deposited to Bet2u (Dazzlester Limited) via my Skrill Wallet the following amounts:

Then, after some bets I decided to request a withdrawal via skrill
My first withdrawal request was placed on 26/10 00:55. I have attached all the relevant screenshots of my attempts to communicate with the company, via emails or livechat, to resolve the issue (you can find them with the withdrawal request id below)
Then, after 4 days of waiting I did some research on the web and read that a lot of other customers are having the same issues. I am providing you with trustpilot's link where you can read the customer https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.bet2u.com
At the same time, I've contacted Skrill live chat, because I started feeling really anxious about my requests. Customer support agent informed me to contact this email address providing all the relevant proof for my case to be resolved.
On 28/10 13:00, I cancelled the above withdrawal request and immediately placed a new one, thinking that there might be a technical issue and a new request may solve the problem. Before asking for a new withdrawal, I asked about the processing time (via skrill, it is stated to be 1 hour) The new request's id was 152700139. I contacted the live chat 3 times, one every 12 hours. The same answers again, and in the end they stopped reading or answering my questions (see attached screenshots below). Simultaneously, I tried to communicate with the company via email. I sent 4 emails, every 12 hours, and neither received an answer back.
Please, i would really appreciate your help. By now, my total balance is 813.97€ (527,11€ under withdrawal request and 286.86€ in my remaining balance)
I am fully convinced that the site is a scam. I provided you with all the relevant proof about the case. If you research the company online you will be amazed by the amount of formal complaints against them.
I have also contacted Skrill, Bet2u, LPB in Latvia, DAZZLESTER LIMITED and the Gaming Commission of Curacao.
