RESOLVED: Betcoco delayed withdrawal

Hi,

I made several deposits to Betcoco, placed several sports betting bets, fully verified my account and then after some time made a withdrawal request using the same crypto method I used to deposit. 

It's now been more than s week even though they say it takes 72 hrs to process a withdrawal. The only response I get from them is that they have some delays and that it's been forwarded, etc, etc. 

Is there anything that can be done from your side to help me? I will send you any docs and info you ask.

Casino Rep got back to us: 

"I would like to inform you that both withdrawals made at the beginning of the month have been approved and should have been credited to his account by now.
Upon reviewing our back-office records, it appears that the delay may have been due to the recent submission of his documents for KYC verification. Please note that it typically takes us approximately 48 hours to complete the KYC process."

Just to give an update...

After I submitted a complain here and at one other address and informed betcoco about that, their "vip service" contacted me and yesterday my second withdrawal request was paid out. 

I still have some money on my account with them and I hope there will be no similar problems when I decide to withdraw it.
