RESOLVED: BetliveCasino - No Payment Issue

Casino does not process 2 withdrawals of 1000€ each since 14th May 2025. 3 months of waiting and they can not provide any informations. Last time they said it will be processed 15th August however they are late already 3 days and can't even provide any updates anymore. I made 1st complain on another site but they did not even replied to them, my account is still blocked. I think they want avoid paying at all.

Hello njanjam,

My account was fully verified.

I made 4 withdrawals, they processed 276€ and 1000€ before, 2 last withdrawals (1000€ each) which are matter of the disupte were never processed.

Their excuse is big volume of withdrawal request but it looks like they simply avoid paying out.

Thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately, we still haven't recived any response from the casino rep, so we sent them a reminder.

Are there any updates on your side?

They send Instalment of 1000€ today, it took them 106 days to process it but there is 1000€ missing still

I contacted them today andthey told me it will be paid in the next few days but no exact time frame provided.

Unfortulatelly it seems it will have to wait another month or two or three for the last instalment, right now they reply with same formula everytime...

"It will be processed within a few days, but we don't have any further details at this time.
Our financial department is closed at this time."

Unfortunately, we have not received any update from the casino representative regarding your case. We will send them a reminder, but since this is a larger amount, it seems they need more time for approval.

We received an answer from the casino rep stating:

The player was paid on 28/08 and his next and last payment is scheduled for 18/9.

Please be patient, and we hope that you will recived a payment on the scheduled time. Keep us posted.

I can confirm I received today last instalment.

112 days to get paid, kinda instane for industry standards but I respect that they paid out everything.
