    betnflix.com wont accept my documents.

    In this case pdf documents.

    They claim that my netbank pdf file

    Documents are not good enough

    but in my Finnish netbank there is not

    other way to get better pdf file document

    than what I already uploaded.

    These documents I want confirmed is

    financial instrument documents.

    We got a response from the casino stating the following: 

    Please be advised that the user has repeatedly failed to provide the required .pdf document for bank account verification. As a result, they remain ineligible for withdrawal at this time.
     
    We have communicated the need for a .pdf file to the user, as specified by our KYC department. Despite these instructions, the user continues to submit a .webp file, which is not accepted for verification purposes.
     
    Additionally, it is worth noting that Finnish players have no difficulty in obtaining and submitting the requested .pdf file from their banks for account verification. Therefore, the user’s claim of being unable to provide the correct document does not align with our standard practices.
     
    We appreciate your understanding and are committed to resolving this matter efficiently.

    Atleast im not aware that on my certain finnish bank there is better option that I tried to send documents.
