RESOLVED: betpanda.io - Account Issue

Hello. On 27th of april my account was banned 30 seconds after requesting an withdrawal of 18.2mbtc. Shortly after i received an email requesting KYC, to which i have sent the requested documents 20 minutes after the request. After 8 days of radio silence from betpanda, i have received another email saying the following: "Thank you for sending your documents over to us. Your betting behaviour was flagged as suspicious by our Sportsbook provider and upon further investigation of both your account and betting activities with our Sportsbook provider, it was determined that you have breached our Terms and Conditions. For this reason, your account that is registered to this email address will be closed permanently. All the funds and pending bonuses have been forfeited." They claim my betting behavior was flagged by the provider. However i was able to withdraw from 3 different casinos with the same provider without a single issue, including with KYC done in all of them. I have no issue providing my betting history at betpanda if you want me to. I bet on Dota 2 esports, moneyline, highest tier of competition. I had no idea LCB existed until yesterday. A user on bitcointalk forum said LCB helped him with a case against nitrobetting. So here i am.

If you have any questions/requests, please do not hesitate. I tried to be as transparent as possible in my accusation thread on bitcointalk, so i got nothing to hide. I am absolutely positive i did not break any ToS rules.

It has alot of details and some responses from their representative.

We’ve received a response from the casino regarding your complaint. They stated that your account was closed and funds confiscated due to a breach of their Anti-Fraud Policy (specifically related to betting techniques they consider prohibited).

They also mentioned that they are not in a position to divulge more detailed information to a third party. According to them, the decision is final and was made following checks during your withdrawal request.

Unfortunately, in light of this response, there is nothing further we can do to assist. We will now have to close this complaint.

This is common practice by betpanda.

They just say the most vague lie possible and get away with it.

I can post here my entire betting history during the 1 month i have played there. Just a heads up, it's exactly the same type of bets i posted on my attached screenshot. First, at bitcointalk forum, they claimed it was exclusively a spoortsbook provider call to ban me. Now it seems i broke a ToS rule. Which one is it? None.

I challenge these scammers to come in here and state which rule of ToS i broke exactly. It simply doesn't exist.
