RESOLVED: Betpanda.io - No Payment Issue

On 11 August 2025, while playing on BetPanda Casino, I had a balance of approximately €1,000. Suddenly, without any action from me, my balance dropped to around €200, and within minutes three withdrawals were processed without my authorization. Details of the unauthorized withdrawals: 1. 0.2 ETH – Approved at 16:47 – Tx Hash: 0xc0f2776bb1f1ec726866208e1d5835cb1ca0c438f7a41378237ac6eb2f4df747 2. 0.07270883 ETH – Approved at 16:51 – Tx Hash: 0x11f17035f98824922ea98dc73949ea8293c7d578ba1d347a640e700878a47ab0 3. [If available, add the third withdrawal details here] Receiver wallet address for all withdrawals: 0x48c0D74BaB2Dd9d14818fB1681CA883CDA0135b5 This happened while I was logged in and saw my balance disappear in real time. Before this incident, I had already changed my password and enabled 2FA. A few days earlier, €10 had also disappeared from my account without explanation. I contacted BetPanda support immediately, but they told me they are “not responsible.” This is unacceptable for such a clear security breach on their own platform. I am requesting: • A full investigation with IP logs, device IDs, and geolocation data for these withdrawals. • A refund of the stolen €1,000 or at least equivalent compensation in crypto or rakeback. Proof available: • Screenshots of account balance before and after • Etherscan transaction records for each withdrawal • Chat logs with BetPanda support Until this is resolved, I will continue posting this complaint on every major gambling review site, scam database, and social platform so other players are warned.

The casino confirmed that all withdrawals were made from your account via API and nothing unusual was detected on their side. They emphasized that it’s the user’s responsibility to keep their account details safe, as there’s no breach of the casino’s security or indication that the information was leaked by them.

They have also added that it seems the account was compromised by a scammer pretending to be the casino, so the only advice they can give is how to better secure the account going forward.  They said that there is nothing can be done in this situation apart from advising the user how to secure their account.
