UNRESOLVED: Betswagger refuses to refund

I deposited money on the betswagger site   and my account was closed stating they dont accept uk players.

I have requested my refunds due to being in the uk they should not have accepted my deposits or even my account.

They said do chargebacks via my bank as they physcially  cant do refunds which I did but the bank want an email stating how much I deposited and should be refunded from them.

They have refused to do this EVEN thou I have kept all chat logs which states they dont accpet uk players and do chargebacks.

My username was spinx84 on the site and I find them contradicting in what they message me.

The casino informed us that they have paid out your winnings before closing the account. 

Can you please confirm if you received your winnings? 

Nope as it was only deposits  that was agreed to be refunded. I didnt have any winnings AND like I said I have all emails which betswagger has said they physically cant do refunds to uk players as they dont accpet them.

They told me to do chargebacks which now they are refusing to email me what they have agreed to refund.

@Spinx84 - The info that we received from the casino is different from the one you provided here. 

Casino Rep claims that they have paid out your winnings and after that refused to issue a refund for the deposit amounts. Also, he confirmed that you were advised to chargeback the amounts if not satisfied with the decision made. 

We couldn't get any additional info / evidence as they consider you case closed.

Unfortunately, there is nothing more that we can do from here to assist apart from advising that you can try filing a further complaint to their licensor here.
