  • Hi, i recently found a new casino called betterdice casino via google. It looked promising. It stated on there terms and conditions UK players accepted so i thought great. A good new casino. I sign up and deposit £300.. After i play on popular providers such as elk microgaming nolimit City etc i noticed they didn't quite seem like the original versions and was running very slow. I tried to withdraw £100 as i didn't like what i saw.. I verified my kyc in no problem. But i was unable to withdraw any money. Since going on live chat i was informed to my horror they have no UK license.. I believe i have been scammed. There is no way such popular providers would be allowing there games to be played to UK players from a casino with no license so i believe the slots are also rigged and pirate versions. I demanded a refund of my deposits and all i get told is management will contact you. I've had nothing. My username is Dazza29 and the amount i want refunded is £300. STAY AWAY FROM THIS NEW CASINO!

  • It states on there terms and conditions that they are obliged to tell customers when they change there terms and conditions.. There clearly a scam and you can tell by the way they have added united Kingdom it looks clearly edited!

  • Ok thank you, im sick of casinos like this taking advantage of people and tricking them... Im more concerned that such big providers including Elk microgaming nolimit City and more are allowing these shady casinos to distribute there slots to non UK players without a license.. Its also scary how these casinos can just change there terms and conditions when bringing this up..

  • Ok there probably trying to do everything in the there powers to try and change the facts... They have already changed there terms and conditions... I even offered them a settlement of half my deposits believing this to be fair... Altho they know full well they shouldn't be accepting UK players. There also in trouble with game provider nolimit City for hosting there games to UK players

    Yes, we've just checked the Terms and Conditions and this is what's written there now:

    However, as we've already advised you before, they said they were looking into this and that they would come back to us by the end of the day.

  • Ok thank you, my argument is that its not illegal to gamble in the UK so when i Google a casino and i look on there terms and conditions and it doesn't say UK is prohibited im under the impression all is well. Then after i complain as i could tell there slots were behaving very strange they change there terms and conditions to UK being prohibited.. Then as of today they have removed UK as being prohibited. You can see how this is misleading. Many thanks.

  • Thank you. Its all lies on there part. I get told to email support every time ingo on live chat but many many emails later still no response.. There just trying to hope we all give up and move on... I personally don't think they have any management.. I don't think this site is running legally whatsoever... Running pirated games i think. Nolimit City was horrified when they found out there slots were being used here. Thanks for all your hard effort!

  • First of all you have no idea what you are talking about and 2 i wouldn't be complaining without evidence... I do not use vpn what so ever. I also have emails from the gaming providers listed on there website that proves there running there games illegally. They do not have a UK license despite plain and simple. If someone took your money unlawfully I'm sure you would complain. Now do me a favour do not get involved when it's none of your business.

    We've received a reply from the Casino Representative. This is what they say:

    "We cannot refund if the players knew they played on something they are not allowed. On the other hand we doubled check that the games are blocked for UK."

  • I didn't know i wasnt able to play.. How could i possibly know? And also the games were clearly not blocked for UK players hence the email i received from nolimit City proving this.. I have since noticed that nolimit City has been removed from there casino which was also confirmed by nolimit City via email. If they wasnt allowing me to play on there why would it be removed. To can even check my game history which shows the slots i played on. Also if they are saying i knew i couldn't play at there casino why did they change there terms and conditions.. Added UK as prohibited and since removing UK has prohibited. Its all lies.

    Unfortunately, since the Casino Representative says that this is their final decision, the only thing you can try to do is to contact their licensor and see if they can help you. 

    Please be more careful in the future and play only at casinos that have a proper UK license.

    We're going to mark this case as unresolved.

  • I offerrd them a compromise of half my deposits refunded in order to get this resolved and for both parties to move on... I will now be writing to all gaming providers on there casino informing them what the casino has been doing. They have already lost 1 provider and im sure many more will follow.. I will also be contacting the UKGC and there licensor.

    If you could ask them to consider my compromise of half my deposits then i won't go ahead and do this. Many thanks.

    UKGC is not their licensor. This casino has Curacao licence, so the only thing you can do is to contact Curacao gambling jurisdiction HERE.

  • I will still report it to the UKGC so they are also made aware... Can you ask them to compromise one last time... Half my deposits... I really don't want to have to take this further.

  • I received some of my initial deposits back as agreed with the casino.
