i'm contacting you because i want to file a complaint against the betting company 5plus bet. In particular the following happened:
I opened some time ago an account at 5plus bet with Username: clekontos
I opened an account in this online casino and I claimed the 100% bonus for the first deposit.
After successfully wagering the bonus i ended up with a total of 1646 USD. On my account it was stating that all the amount is withdrawable.
Next morning I tried to withdraw the balance from my account and i tried to send the money to my credit card with which I had made the first deposit.
After a few hours from my withdrawal i got an email from this online casino which stated the following without providing any evidence:
We tell you that we made the decision on completion of cooperation with you (blocking of the account) according to General Terms and Conditions (General provisions of Rules and Conditions) as you (violated conditions of the bonus program ( The bonus is available only to the verified Clients, in case of violation of this condition the Company reserves the right to forbid the Client to participate in the bonus program and to cancel a bonus.) item 10.7. If the client makes fraudulent actions concerning the bookmaker company (use third-party ON for automation of rates, a game on arbitration situations if the game account is not used for commission of rates, abuse of programs of loyalty, the multiaccount, etc.), then the bookmaker company reserves the right to stop such fraudulent actions in the way:
- blocking of the customer account;
- recognitions of rates invalid;
- appeals to law enforcement agencies upon commission of fraudulent actions by such client.
item 23.5. Each client can have only one account. The registered clients cannot repeatedly be registered under a new name or with the new e-mail address. In case of violation of this rule the company has the right to cancel all rates made by such client.
Right now in my account only 120 USD are withdrawable and the rest of the winnings have been stolen by the online casino. I never violated any conditions and also my documents have been verified by this casino.
Which actions can I take from now on?Attached you can see that they had verified my ID. I have also taken screenshots of my betting history.
