About a month ago, I registered at this casino using an affiliate link, won back the welcome bonus and wanted to withdraw the $100 that was indicated in the bonus, support was on the site only once, it just wasn't on the site for 20 days, uploaded my passport, it was approved, I put it on withdrawal to the crypt several times, but the funds were returned at the casino, there have been no backups on the site for a month, they do not respond to emails! How do I withdraw my winnings?

This is the first attempt to withdraw money from this casino, I uploaded my passport from the documents, which was approved, but the address certificate was rejected, the support service responded in the chat only once, nothing comes from them either!  This win was from welcome spins for registering on their website, I fulfilled all the conditions, but now I can't withdraw!

Could you please tell us exactly what reason the casino gave for rejecting your address?
Please note that if the details on your documents don’t match, most online casinos will refuse them for security reasons.

Also, did you ask casino support if there’s an alternative way to verify your address (different document, utility bill, bank statement, etc.)?

I am not aware of the reasons for the refusal, but I uploaded a valid address certificate to them, which I received from public services, in all online casinos such certificates are a confirmation of the address, as well as only one or two letters from them at the beginning, to provide them with a housing and communal services package. I don't remember what housing and communal services have to do with it. if I provided them with a certificate with seals taken from a state educational institution! Besides, I don't trust the constant lack of support in the chat, and they haven't answered their emails for about a month, so I asked you if this place has a license and is it a casino at all, or just a cover...

From what we can see on their website they claim to hold a Curacao licence, but the licence link does not lead to a valid licence document, which does call the site’s legitimacy into question.
