CLOSED [Due to inactivity of submitter]: Betworld 247 don't pay ELK Nitropolis3 Tournament price

Hey,
in the weekly ELK Tournament (18.-24.4.Nitropolis3) on Betworld247.com made i the first place with a bit more of 55.000 Points.
All Terms and Conditions were OK!
After 2 Days the price for the first Place (400€) wont be in my Account. Ive wrote than the support and they wanted to check it. First did i get no answers and now i get a mail and they tell me that my session is not in the ELK System to find, they cant do anything because it is a ELK Tournament and not from them.
In my Gaming History is that Game Session with that on big win listet with the Date and Time and the exact win!

All that ive written to the support with the ticket system on the betworld247 website and direkt email to the support but they wont help me.

From all of that have i made screenshots!

We received a vague response from Casino Rep and they confirmed that your account is blocked and they stated that you haven't made 

- No deposit

- No win

- No withdrawal

So they don't owe you nothing. You'd like for your account to be reactivated, correct?

We have contacted Casino Rep to explain to us why your account was blocked. Keep you posted on the details if we receive a response. 

hahaha they are so funny..... in the time i played there, ive made deposits around 700€ and withdrawals a little bit more than 800€ ... 4 times ive won other tournaments there and all would be paid ... last week ive cleand my laptop and delete the album with all win screenshots. i can search the withdrawals in my bank account but i dont think that this casino will respond to it

We asked Casino Rep to clarify the situation for us and this is what they said:

"We didn't block him. He must be deregistered himself (he is in this group)

I can't take off the deregistration. He must do it by himself."

They claim that you have unregistered yourself.

Is this true?
