  • I have registered in vespercasino.com on 29/10/2020 I have made 5 money deposits, I never received bonuses, I won 2000 euros 30/10/2020 the identification of my account was done successfully on 1/11/2020, I requested immediate withdrawal and although the withdrawal it happens up to 24 hours after 48 hours and constantly the same excuse that I am in priority in the finance department there was no development, I asked them again in the chat what happens with the withdrawal of money came a message that my account has been blocked because I have a second the same ip, I do not have a second account nor did I violate any regulation, I never got bonuses and yet instead of withdrawing my money my account was blocked, I can upload the relevant screenshots that confirm everything I write, you can help me ?

These types of casinos with fake games do not want to pay their players. Unfortunately, we see the same scenario from most of these brands, they take players' deposits and never pay them out. However, they are licensed by Curacao so you can file a complaint directly to their licensor and ask them to assist you with this case. They should be able to help you. 

    I doubt they will get back to us since we haven't heard back from the casino rep for quite some time, especially now that they know we discovered pirated games at their casino.
