  • I have used other means to try and get response from Big Spin Casino. They have ignored other webmasters requests. My name is Jon Jackson, and I have been a member of Big Spin Casino since July. While googling complaints I found this place. I have had 5 withdrawals with no problems.  I made a withdrawal of $1600 on Sept 6th. My withdrawal was denied and my account closed. The Customer Service Agent didn't know the reasoning. She just said my account was closed and my deposits will be refunded. As of today Oct 5 2019 I have not received my withdrawal nor my deposits.

    My account number is BSC 22266

    Another complaint from the same group. There's one I was reading yesterday where they canceled someone winning sports bets and tried to return only 1 deposit until he complained on a well-known sportsbook site and they were able to make this casino group pay up.

    "The player in question will be contacted by the relevant department within 24 hours after their complaint has been received."

    WOW, there is no use in having a rep here if they can't help the player. This casino needs to be blacklisted ASAP! People needs to know to stay away from this casino and their parent company of MYBOOKIE

    I've written to them last week. No one has replied to my email. I called them and no one could tell me why my withdrawal was denied. I have had several withdrawals in the past, and when I lost they were paid without any problems. So far they haven't communicated with me nor any of the outside help I have seeked. I even wrote them a settlement email in which they seemed to ignore also. I am currently making a Youtube video with my complaint and many complaints of others in order to warn others about playing with this casino.

    It took you nearly 3 months to come up with an excuse not to pay me? I have been paid 5 times without any problems at your casino. It was only when I won a large sum that you claim I had other accounts. Could you please provide proof to the mods here? We have been trying to get this issue resolved to the point no one from your casino would even respond to the requests provided here. From speaking to one of your security team. I was told my account was closed because I used a "public voip" phone number off the internet that may have match another account. But the security person told me my IP address and game play didn't match. But because my phone number did it was a violation. I was also told my deposits would be refunded but yet I haven't even received those back. At least have the decency to return my deposits if you aren't going to pay my winnings.

  • Huh? You just talked about it here. Anyways, I have written several emails and no one has responded. When I go on live chat I have been told someone will contact me and yet no one hasn't. Please have someone to contact me so I can at least have my deposits returned. As of yet your casino has a very bad light here on the forum and stealing deposits isn't making you look good either. At least do the right then an return my deposits you have stolen from me since you aren't  going to pay my legit win,.
