I made four non bonus deposits at bitcoinpenguin. Then I requested a cashout in the amount of .048btc. The cashout was rejected and the casino withheld .02 btc.
The customer service chat reps said that this was because i was playing with a bonus-- this is incorrect. And false
While I was given a cash back bonus earlier, i completely played thru that and completely lost any and all winnings related to any bonus.
After this bonus was done (balance was at 0) I made 4 additional deposits unrelated to any bonuses. On the last deposit (0.005 btc) I won 0.048, and requested a cashout.
NOTE: The cashout ws rejected without any explanation. I reached out to their reps, and they continue to claim that my balance was adjusted to 0.02 and cashout was rejected because a previous bonus that was no longer in play was applied. To be clear, I was not playing with a bonus, as it was played through until all winnings front that bonus were exhausted. So the "bonus" should no longer be considered, as again, there was no remaining balance left from that bonuse. I went on to deposit multiple times since that bonus, so when the last four deposits made since none of the last 4 deposits were not linked to any bonus.
I'm seeking that bitcoinpenguin restore my full balance, and honor the original cashout request in the total amount of 0.048 btc. My email/username is moniquemateka@gmail.com.
