    "I did receive an application from this user, but after multiple reviews, it was finally confirmed that his account was restricted. Bitgame is not a new platform. We have been operating stably for several years and have many users. The platform has excellent security mechanisms and anti-arbitrage systems to ensure that each user has a fair betting environment. And this user violated the rules of the platform more than once to conduct malicious arbitrage, which affected the fairness of the platform. After the warning, he continued to violate the rules. The platform finally made a decision to restrict the account in violation and did not change it. I believe this is what every responsible betting platform does.
