  • I made an Ethereum deposit at Bitspins.io on 12/19 and and it is still not in my account. I have the confirmation hash, which I have given them and they keep saying it is pending. Its an Ethereum deposit with over 2205 confirmations so they def received it. My user is: mrskye****

  • Its been 2 whole days and Bitspins has not deposited my funds or credited my account with the ETH I sent to their address. I confirmed it was sent to the correct wallet but that it is in the pending stages. GTFO, who has ever heard of that? This casino is probably using deposits to pay withdrawals or stealing them because the ETH never made it in my account.  Biggest thief in online casino gambling. My aim to warn and let people know to avid this place by all means. I would have been better off driving down the freeway and throwing money out of the window because thats basically what has happened.

  • Here is the proof I sent it to the correct wallet . Now they are saying the the deposit was less than the minimum which is $20 . My deposit is exactly $20.56. Here is the link to Etherscan showing the transaction Hash and amount and confirmation.

  • Yes its actualy higher in price today than when I sent it. They just sent me an email saying that even on 12/20 it was below the minimum amount which it was not. This is the absolute worst casino. They dont respond. I should have known not to trust a casino that looks like is operating with a fake license.

  •  They never credited my deposit to my account. after sending them proof of the transaction hash and proof that the wallet address was indeed the ETH wallet address I have with the casino, they keep saying that it was below minimum. Their minimum is supposed to $20 and at the time of the deposit, the value of the ETH was $20.54. It has went up in value since then. I am willing to bet that the other casinos that are owned by the same owners, are just as shady and fraudulent as this casino. I often wonder about those casinos who are eventually blacklisted on gambling forums, if the owners just change their name and get a license under another name and then set up shop as a new and fresh casino. I feel like this casino has no issue stealing funds that they have done this before in the past.

  • The holidays shouldnt make a difference since these casinos are open 24/7 but as far as the finance dept they should be working 5 days a week at least. What does LCB do when a casino such as Bitspins.io, which I only played at this casino due to the casino being on the LCB list of good casinos with fast withdrawals. Is there any actions that LCB takes like removing them from the "lists"?

    Casino games are working 24/7, but people in the casino industry aren't. It is possible that employee responsible for handling complaints is on the vacation.

    Please give this a little more time, we hope we will hear from them soon.

    LCB never had a problem with addressing casino on the warning list when needed, but please note that there are many factors involved when making these decisions, not just isolated cases, although number of Unresolved complaints highly matter.

  • Shouldn't they be removed from any list that they are in. When I look at the banking section and I look at the list of casinos in the fast withdrawal or cashout times, for me since I trust LCB that makes me feel like a casino on any special list is trustworthy and reputable. If they wont even respond to request to resolve my issue since they basically stole my ETH then I cant imagine they would respond to any other issues regarding money or funds.

The fact that some casinos do not respect their own T&C is simply not our fault. LCB often suggests to casinos, when we see rogue and unfair terms in their T&C, that they change or remove them.   • Any casino can put up appealing T&C's on their website. It doesn't mean that they practice what they preach. My point was that there are other casinos who honor their T & C's as stated on their website that should be on your list rather than a casino who steals players deposits such as Bitspins.
