I opened my account in bonanzacasino.com in may 2022 i deposited allot of money over 2000euro. AT the start i had issues with my bonus over 400euro from te free spins and i made deposit as required but the bonus was not available any more but i sad ill give it a try. I made few deposits with some bonuses on top and there was no chance they give always lose and i find out when the balance is close to 0.00 they just give you some win to get you think that you win some money . In the bonuses there is always somethings not right i was play the bonus mostly after when  use all my free spins i get money to bonus account and try play it in game but the game was stuck but it was charge the balance the game was seams to be stuck but when you refresh the page the money bean taken from the account ..And one day i win some money on slots more then i deposited so i sad ill get some money back and try to withdrawal but there was no way to do it as the money balance to withdrawal was 0 after i lost all the money and being left with less then amount i deposited  the money kindly show on available withdrawal balance ... I did not get the answer for this issue anyway. The chat in this casino is the most ignorant I ever have to spoke to they copy and paste the answers they just wait for you to calm and go away . In the games as i was play in many casinos this one was the most that you spin and not win. While you play you know that you going down to zero i never made any wining in this casino from beginning why i stay with them for so long is that i wanted to get some money back. At the end i made dispute with them i write on chats emails when i lose every think and i tell them every think they finally close my account with cash back, tournament winning and tickets for deposits to win free spins im waiting for my deposits back from time when i had no more interest in bearing loser i will not left it like that ill add all my videos on youtube to promote this casino with this nice errors in games and bugs
