    Could you please provide us with more information:

    • If the deposit was made in November, why is the complaint being made now at the end of January?
    • Have you contacted the casino directly about this? If so, what did they say?
    • Can you provide proof of funds deducted from your bank, ewallet or crypto wallet via private message?

    Could you please clarify whether your deposit has appeared in your casino account, as your previous post was about a missing deposit?
