    Hello,

    I made 2 deposits of total 400 EUR to Bet2U and after a month or so I tried to withdraw my money after placing many bets. 

    My withdrawal request from Feb 7 is still not processed. I've contacted their costumer service multiple times, never got a proper response, just that it's still being processed. 

     

    I've attached the end of my last conversation with them.
