  • This company is repeatedly giving me a run around over my cash out money.. I have sent them all required documents more than once to 3 different email addresses. The agents in the chat say everything is approved but then the finance team kicks it back denied. They needed copies of my wifes ID and card because I used her card and also a hand written note stating our relationship and giving me permission to use her card..  leaving me to submit all documents again with the newly needed information ... every time I do this it takes them 24-48 hours to approve or deny it so it gets denied once again .. now they need more information.. so I send that over and the customer service reps refuse to help me in any other way other than "yes we received your documents" Now I'm back to square one waiting for them to approve it .... feels like a scam to me
