RESOLVED: Casino Brango long verification process

Just to let others know that Casino Brango has at 5 days waiting period for document verification. This is unacceptable for a casino that supposed to be held at such high standard. Especially for someone who is depositing with crypto and not a credit card. It feels like I'm playing at a Virtual Casino group with such a long waiting period. 

If it stated in their t&c's I guess you do not have a choice than to wait but if you ask me, yes that's quite long time for document verification and it could be extended if the documents are not accepted but then again, I'm not a fan of any RTG casinos due the excessive long payout time frame.

I can understand credit card verification taking a few days. But this is crypto, there is no excuse to take that long. I can name several RTG casinos that verify in 24 hrs.

Verification process usually takes 3-5 working days to protect ourselves when we have a lot of accounts to be verified .

No, they wanted an extra piece of document in which I've sent. So I dunno if I will be waiting an extra up to 5 days for approval or not. LOL

My docs were approved. But I will never play here again. I took a 40% deposit bonus. Made wagering, on Friday they sent me free spins. I took the free spins and busted out on trying to clear it. So now that I made a withdrawal from my original winnings. They went in and deducted the amount of the 40% bonus which is noncashable which is crazy because its less than 100% and then on top of that they deducted the amount of the free spin bonus even though I busted out on the wagering it. WOW! 

Glad the documents were aprpoved ,they have waited for an additional document which is why I couldnt do that much .

When ti comes to dep bonus they have been always deducted upon withdrawal. Unfortuantely we cant change this as the bonus money are for wagering purposes only .

Again ,I can apologize for any any inconveniennce caused and I didt my best not to take any winnings from dep bonus even though you have combined them with out free money promotion .

We try to do thing fair here however sometimes thats not good enough .

Yeah, but how are you going to deduct from my winnings the amount of the bonus from free spins that I busted out of? I came out better just withdrawal my winnings before playing the free spins. That's just wrong to bust out on free spins yet go and take the money back anyways out of someone winnings that are separate from free spins.

I am willing to make an exception and credit your spins once again . Not beacuse you are posting here but because you didnt know the rule. There are some things we always do and some we cant but in your case I dont think this breach was intetional .

I got paid, but no thank you. I don't want the free spins or the money you deducted. I'm just glad this chapter is finally closed. 40% bonuses shouldn't be non-cashable there are many other casinos that don't have this practice. I can honestly say our relationship between myself and casino brango is officially over. 

I am really sorry and wish you all the best in finding a better place to play at . At the end that is whats counts .
