  • Hi, I'd like to make a complaint with the same reason but different amount ($200.95). I had my account fully verified after many frustrating attempts with my ID + selfie with a note on a non-monotoned lined paper saying "Hello Lucky Dreams May 31 2022".

    4 times my withdrawal was rejected (Interac, bitcoin, bitcoin, bitcoin), one of them for being a reason to be a selfie with a note which happened to be very quick and while they stated that the last reason my cash out was rejected was to make a "new" withdrawal via Interac and apologized for the "inconvenience".

    Once I made that request, there now has been a delay since I went through incredible lengths to trust them, ridiculously verify my account with the relevant documents, have replied accordingly and patiently in a timely matter.

    The least they should do is expedite the cash out as any player would not want to go through that verification process again! (Think of the MuchBetter verification angling the camera for a perfect picture). I will send my details via PM upon request (from the moderators or casino rep). Thanks in advance!
