  • Hello, I registered at this casino, made a deposit on January 14 for 250% cryptobonus, played it back, played a little more and stopped at 200 USD. I tried to put on a withdrawal and it gave out some kind of error, the support chat did not work and left this question the next day. On January 15, I wrote to the support chat about the withdrawal, they did something there and it was delivered, they also asked for verification to send them a driver's license, a screen of the deposit from the crypto wallet and a bank statement to confirm the address. I threw it all off right away, and immediately received a reply that the documents were accepted and reviewed within 48 hours. After this time, I contacted the support chat, they said the account was verified. The application was still waiting, I did not cancel it. On the 17th, I contacted the support chat again, I wanted to find out about the payment terms, for which they told me there was no exact time and assured me that the withdrawal would be executed as soon as possible. Another day passed and today, on January 18, I contacted the support chat again, I was again assured that they were working hard and I would receive the money as soon as possible. Today is January 23rd, money is not being paid, the support chat always responds with templates.

  • Hello, I understand everything. Usually, before playing, I checked the reviews about the casino on various forums, but for some reason I did not. I saw that they were not paying when I set the payment myself. I am aware of cases of complete disregard of this casino and non-payments. They are scammers, accept deposits and do not pay anything themselves. They have a license and need to write to the licensee, they should not be in the casino market and deceive people.

    Unfortunately, we must mark this complaint as Unresolved, as we did not hear back from the casino after numerous attempts to reach out to them.

    If they respond, so far, they only give us a runaround, such as, "We are looking into this; we will get back to you," and we have never received a proper response.
