    Finally I was paid by OZWIN, who repeatedly didnt seem to be able to verify me, even though i sent clear concise info as requested. The Hallmark Casino, who I won on the new player first chip, verified me within a few days, then never responded again. i waited over 2 months, and no one at LCB, could help and finally? They said I had already gotten a $50 free chip over 3 years ago, so they were not going to pay me. This is not true and my site shows that I ONLY used the one freebie chip. I am giving up on them Then for over 6 weeks, i have been going back and forth with viproyalcasino, who kept sendign me emails that made no sense. NOW yesterday they said that I WAS FINALLY VERIFIED, after, i reported to lcb, and told them I was reporting them. I still have not been paid via bitcoin, I will update on whether they do or not. def dont want to fight people for my winnings.

    We cannot help if the casino does not want to cooperate and if they do not respond to our emails. 

    We always try to help with complaints, but sometimes our hands are tied when some casinos do not want to cooperate.
