SirÂI am the member of Rajbet casino ( Casino ID: 65998970 ) I deposited Rs30000 on 22.6.22 from that date I am following the rajbet.com , they told we didn't receive the amount and told wait we are investigating the problem and I am daily follow the support they will tell come back in 4hrs to 5hrs and they will tell come back evening, then they will tell come back morning like that the days are passed ,now they are telling we didn't receive the amount, after more than 20days they are saying like that ,so you contact your bank for refund.ÂToday I go the bank and asking that, the bank is saying that we sent the amount, no refund came to your account ,the bank manager gave the statement.ÂÂI submitted the statement to the raj.bet support, they are not accepting we are not responsible for it. Kindly ask the written statement.ÂÂBank is telling we only give the statement. The statement shows the merchant taken the amount Rs30000 on 22.6.22.ÂÂAnd as per statement there is no refund came till date.ÂÂKindly ask the RAJ.BET CASINO AND RECOVER MY AMOUNT RS30000.ÂÂI attached the statement till date.ÂÂÂThanksnote: sensitive/personal details removed due to privacy policy -

Today I contacted the support and asking as per the statement your merchant received the amount, for they are telling you sent the amount somewhere you should contact your bank,the bank only shows the statement that your merchant received the amount, for that they are telling give a written statement that you sent the amount to,for that I told No bank will issue written statement, the bank given the statement till date that your merchant taken my amount, the bank confirmed as I told like these they we are not responsible ask the bank to refund.Then I ask as per the statement your merchant taken the amount, you are telling me you sent the amount to somewhere,you confirm me that in the statement shows the merchant is not yours merchant I ask, they are we can't tell like that.
Kindly help they are cheating me ,kindly help and recover my Rs30000Â

I asked the casino  they are telling that we credited the amount on 22.6.22 itself and giving the id.so I told I am asking about the icici bank statement you are changing the direction..I gave the id of the deposited that was taken from icici bank. Again they are telling we confirm that we credited the amount, so I told as per the statement of icici transaction I didn't receive. Then they are say that ask your bank.first they are tell we credited the amount. And I am asking about the icici banking statement I submitted, they are changing the words.

"Mr. Balasubramanian (Casino IDÂ 65998970) provided to us the screenshot
of the deposit which was approved. But we have another empty deposit
request of 30,000 INR and we still have not received a screenshot showing
that the transaction was made.

The management is responsible for it and for my suffer. Kindly ask the management to add my Rs30000 as per proof of statement and screen shot. I deposited in faith of Raj.bet, they are the worker today they work in this casino tomorrow they will go to another casino.i am member from the beginning of casino ,No manager is speaking to me in regard of this concern.
Even support told I ask the manager to contact you in whattup no one contacted me.

The Casino is requesting proof of the second 30000 DR deposit. They claim that the deposit that you've sent as proof is already approved and received by you. Please send us the second deposit of 30000 DR or we will not be able to assist you further. Â
