    I sent my documents but they want me to fill out the W9 form , Tax form and I told them that I didnt want to write my Social Security Number there and I lie about not having social, I told them that what I have to live in the Us was only a Visa, and they decided to cancel my withdrawal for not being american resident.I sent them a email telling them that I can prove that Im american resident but they close my account and delete me on facebook.sorry for my English.

    its really no big deal, the w-9 form is the key to cashing out, you have to fill one out everytime you decide to cashout your balance, its approved almost instantly there after.

    I'm so sorry to hear that! However, I have cashed out there a few times no problem. When I signed up it was stated in their Terms and Conditions that for winnings over a certain amount, maybe $500, they required a W-9 form. I cannot seem to find it in there now, but I always read all that fine print before I play. Boring as it may be to read, make sure you understand the payout process, especially cuz every casino has their own rules.  wink
