  • Hello, Cloudbet close my account and i am waiting for investigation which may 

    take up to 6 months as they told me. I have sent them all the verifiction

    documents that they asked me for. I have deposit almost 0.25 btc if i remember well 

    cause the account is closed so i cant check, and now has almost 0.23 which means

    that i have lost some bets. I can't wait for 6 months please advice.

  • I guess they dont even care thats why any site would rate them low. Almost two weeks they are

    checking my account and one week that you have sent them emails and reminders and they just

    ignore you. I dont know what else i can do.

    You can try to file a complaint with their licensor HERE. You just need to scroll down to the bottom of that page and you will see "File a complaint" option.

    We'll keep trying to get a reply from the casino regarding your complaint.

  • I know that and thanks for the concern but i guess not you, not other sites

    that judge or make reviews on bookmakers can do anything about such cases.

    They keep my money over 40 days now and all the websites promote them

    as one of the best bookies with rating 9/10. They just do whatever they want and

    when we deposit money and they have losing accounts everything is fine

    but when someone wins then the problems appear.

    Another 14 days have passed since your last reply no news from Cloudbet.

    I have sent an email to the link of the licensor, to no surprise they never replied.

    Cloudbet in my eyes is a big scam stay away from them they keep my money for

    6 months, not winnings but my deposits, and they keep teeling my account is under investigation.

    6 MONTHS!!!! If you promote them or have another contact with them please help

    they just make their reputation awful they just cant steal my money (deposits) in that way.

  • well i guess they are real scammer they dont even care about forums like yours

    with ratings etc. So us customers will always lose money. They never answered you?

    As I've already mentioned before, you can try to file a complaint with their licensor. I don't know if they've been replying to the players on any other forums, so we can't provide you with such information.

    However, we'll see what we're going to do about them on our site considering that we've been getting lots of complaints from the players.
