    Hi.

    My coins.game username is RenellWa (same email as my lcb account)
    This casino decided to steal my winnings ~784usdt. 

    What happened: I deposited 450 usdt and successfully withdrew 100 usdt, on my next witdrawal they asked for KYC, which I passed the same day, then they started checking my account and three days later they decided to strip me of all my winnings, citing 7.5. "coins.game reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal claim in case of fraud, in which case an Account will be suspended and the payment not processed."

    I was just betting on sports, there was no fraud or anything.

    Please help me to get my winnings.

    Hello RenellWa,

    Casino Rep got back to us and clarified that a supplier who providing them with sport betting was checked all the bets and informed Casino about fraudulent actions of your account. They told us that they returned to you the whole deposited amount and canceled all winnings. 

    This decision is final, so we will close this complaint.

    And apparently they have not provided any evidence of these "fraudulent actions". 
    Judging from the latest reviews, I'm not the only one who has fallen victim to these scammers. 
    But ok, feel free to close my complaint on your forum :)
