     i sent you 2 messages concerning my case and i did not have a reply from you, or at least i did not receive them. Here are these messages:

    I received a mail from them which is here:

    This e-mail is to advise you that your pending withdrawal for US$125 via Bitcoin Transfer has been declined and the funds returned to your account balance.

    A total of US$25 has been confiscated from your account due to the following reason:

    * The maximum cashout on a non-deposit bonus received is US$100.

    Rules and Regulations: Payouts from winnings generated from any non-deposit bonus are limited to five (5) times (X) the original bonus amount, or the minimum payable amount based on the chosen withdrawal method, whichever is the higher amount

    Winnings are from US$15 bonus coupon on 22nd December, 2024 at 5:34pm.

    As a result of the above and in keeping with our rules and regulations, winnings of US$100 have been confiscated / deducted from your account.

    Please feel free to resubmit your withdrawal request for US$100 via Bitcoin Transfer or any other available method in the cashier.

    Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    As you can read, they confiscated my deposit of 25 dollars i made to be able to withdraw and it is absolutely not right, they are thieves.

    If maximum withdrawal from a bonus is 100 dollars and i deposit 25, i should either be able to withdraw 125 or play with the 25 dollars after payment of 100. They cannot just confiscate my deposit like that.

    And the next one after since you did not reply:

    since you did not reply to my 2 mails, this one is to inform you that i still have not been paid by the Lincold casino you actually rate as very good. For this reason, i opened a complaint on casino guru. It is not normal to wait since 22nd of December to be paid out 100 dollars. I do not undertand why this casino has such high rating by you, it is clearly awful. Their payment team makes so many mistakes that it gets irritating.

    And to answer to the person before, lincoln casino asked me to make a deposit of 25 dollars and to wager it 1x as verification to be able to withdraw my winnings of 100 dollars, which i did. So it is not always wager free, mostly it is just a trick so you continue playing and lose, why would they need a deposit verification to send money through bitcoin? lol. Not to mention that my verification documents were approved before that... for what? So that later they close my account saying i did not pass security check... and when i ask to get refund of my deposit at least to not feel stolen, they told me they cannot refund it since i wager it... isn't it ironic?

    I submitted a complaint already on casino guru and they are waiting answer from the casino, i want to make it public so everyone sees their practical methods and of course to put their mark down because they are overrated when i see how many problems i faced, it took about a month to know in th end that my account was closed. They made so many mistakes that it was ridiculous.

    I have denounced the casino and its sister casinos to the swiss gambling commission which will soon block their site on our territory.

    I am not making statements but it is what happened. It is true she asked my username once but I didn't give, I guess I was out of my mind because of anger or I thought that I already gave... but I sent 2 mails after that and I didn't get a reply.
