    CRYPTO LOKO Casino is stalling my payment despite their claim to process payments in minutes.
    I deposited and lost for thousands and at the first withdrawal they canceled it and they are asking me for documents already sent more than once, sent them several times also on the chat - now the account is verified (i got confermation on chat several times) but the payment are still on the queue, please help me to get my withdrawal processed.

    Also this point is really important - the website shows a coupon 264% ELPOKO bonus and it reads no max cash out but they change it to 26x MAX cashout 2 days ago - this  is a scam and deceptive practice -I alwyas ask on chat because  I never ever deposit when rule of bonus are with MAX cashout out and I got confermation several times as stated on the home page, the coupon had no max cash out - i am not the only one to have this issue also some other player notice this - luckily I have screenshots of pages saved online from a 3rd party vendor demonstrating the true and what kind of scammers they are, changing the rules/terms to their liking against player.

    Casino Rep got back to us and told that you can only get the proper information through their live chat, they don't want to provide us with any details, so please try to contact them and we hope that you will resolve your case as soon as possible. Unfortunately our hands are tied after their clarification. Crossing fingers in further investigation.

    I had a long chat with my VIP host and he assured me my winnings are going to be paid shortly and in full, and confirmed that yes they did change the terms of the bonus but that happened after my plays so is not going to affect my winnings whatsoever.

    I will keep you posted anyways.

  • No, ¬†not good at all, they canceled 12k of legitimate winnings, backdating a coupon, I have proof of everything I say, I'm not the only player¬†¬†they did this, if you check on trustpilot to all players who have made good winnings have done the same with same coupon, this is intolerable, they are pure thieves!!!

    Could you check if it is possible to open a complaint with a dispute centre?

    We have tried to get in touch with them several times but without any progress. Unfortunately we don't have this Casino on our website, and also they don't have a license so you can not make a complaint that way. Our hands are tied but we will try once again to get some feedback. Please keep you posted.

    Unfortunately we are forced to close all the complaints that are connected with Crypto Loko due to Casino unresponsiveness. Our hands are tied because they don't want to cooperate with the complaints at all.
