    I was given daily free spins from cryptoloko casino i won initiated a withdrawal and was approved by the manager of casino then as a way to not pay my winnings the support accused me of multiple accounts which I know nothing about as well as saying I can only use one bonus but the casino itself sent me free spins daily and prompted me to use them saying its ok its just a lie and scam to not pay people for winning i want my money and cryptoloko casino held accountable

    Greetings all,

    I have reviewed your account Antwonjones6970 and it appears that you do have more than one account in our system with free chip redemptions in both. The "win" in question here is the result of the second consecutive free chip in this account with no cash deposits in either account history. Even ignoring the secondary account (also a breach of the terms and conditions) the rules of the casino and the free bonuses themselves state that only one free bonus is allowed between cash deposits. Unfortunately in this particular situation there is little I can do do assist.

    Supporting evidence has been forwarded to the lcb.org team for review.
