  • I requested a wire transfer withdrawal on September the 11th, 2023. I have chatted online several times with an agent resulting in the same answer each time, which is giving me an email address to the accounting department. I have emailed the accounting department several times and I basically receive the same generic email  every time stating that they are working as quickly as possible to redeem my withdrawal. When I made the withdrawal I was told six business days and it has been well past that.

  • I did receive an email from Cybe Bingo letting me know  I should receive the wire transfer within 24 to 48 hours. I will let you know whether I receive it or not.

  • I spoke with my bank today Wednesday October 4th at 1:00pm. My bank said they do not show any type of pending wire transfer from anyone to my account. They said that if it was sent yesterday morning which is when I received the email that it was sent then they should definitely have received it by now.

  • received the email with a receipt from CyberBingo. My bank still does not have the money or see anything pending. I don't know if the receipt has all the correct information on it bc I have never done a wire transfer B4. I do know it has 2 bank names on it and I'm not sure why.
