  • I had the same thing happen been playing cyberbingo for years in July I had some good wins on slots $27,500 and I started getting restricted from slots. I went to bed in the morning went to log on and couldn't. Support said my account was with risk management.. after weeks of emailing them they told me my account was set to 0 and closed. They offered me back $175 that I had deposited. Reason was new regulation in AU. But I can't find any new laws since 2009. Now I can't even see the site AU is now fully blocked. I was the only one from AU who was playing as most players are from USA. So was easy for them to fully restrict me.

    We received an answer from the rep saying that, in line with legal obligations, the casino had to apply geolocation-based restrictions and refund your most recent deposits in full. They also added: We acknowledge the player’s concerns and respectfully reiterate that the restrictions were carried out solely to ensure full compliance with relevant legislation.

    The casino did everything they could, but due to regulations, they were only able to refund your deposit. Unfortunately, these are legal obligations and we can’t do anything about it.

    We will mark this complaint as RESOLVED
