My friend BumSlotMan and LCB livechat forwarded me here, to make a complaint topic.
Over a month ago I did 25 euro deposit on casollo.com and I managed to cashout 4k. I did a 2k withdrawal request, because this is daily max amount.
I sent KYC documents next day, it was 13-07-2020, and they didn't even respond to me once.
I was also writing to email@example.com several times and I asked for help gaminglicensing, firstname.lastname@example.org and email@example.com No answer so far.
Their livechat is always says the same thing, "I'm only technical support".
