  • Hello everyone :)

    My friend BumSlotMan and LCB livechat forwarded me here, to make a complaint topic. 

    Over a month ago I did 25 euro deposit on casollo.com and I managed to cashout 4k. I did a 2k withdrawal request, because this is daily max amount. 

    I sent KYC documents next day, it was 13-07-2020, and they didn't even respond to me once. 

    I was also writing to info@casollo.com several times and I asked for help gaminglicensing, complaints@egamings.com and complaints@gaminglicences.com No answer so far. 

    Their livechat is always says the same thing, "I'm only technical support".

    I used to deposit skrill a year ago, but it's not problem for me to receive there.

    I understand, but for me it's quite interesting that the same day after reporting the complaint here, I receive a reply from their office.

    Sure I will. When I was in touch with them, I asked about my 2nd set but no answer.

    Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do for you since Casollo never replied to our emails and assist us in sorting out players' complaints.  Therefore, we added them to our Warning list.

    Hope you will get your second payment. Please keep us posted.
