    The bonus code used was "something30". I completed the playthrough. Provided all the information asked of me. They are claiming my downloaded utility bill is a screenshot because I crossed out my account number for my safety in Adobe and keep rejecting my withdrawal. I have more screenshot of jy interactions. Thank you.

    Could you please let us know if the casino provided any specific explanation as to why your utility bill was not accepted? Did they clarify exactly what the issue was with the document?

    Also, did they suggest any alternative document that could be submitted instead?
