CLOSED: Diamond Spin Casino

This casino is a total scam. I went through the same experience I sent them the money and didn't get paid out like I was supposed to. I have screenshots of all the messages and emails from this casino.

Thank you I am happy to be part of the LCB community. My experience is with diamondspinscasino.com. I received $38 free play and I almost immediately started hitting free spins and got pretty high in winnings really fast. At about $6,000, the site block me from making any more bets said that I had to withdraw from my winnings in order to play more.

On their site it says if you win anything over $5,000, the minimum amount that you can withdraw it's $5,000. So I withdrew $6,000, and had like a$125 I left over to play. On their site it said in order to receive my winnings I needed to deposit $52. It doesn't say on  their site that it has to be in Bitcoin, they give you two options Bitcoin or debit card.  So Ideposited $52 from my debit card, and it just went right to my balance that I just won from the casino. So I messaged the casino support staff, and that's when they told me that it need to be in Bitcoin, and then it was recommended to send $58 to cover the fee for sending Bitcoin. They sent me the blockchain address and I sent $62 in Bitcoin. Sent the email to the casino like the site says, the support staff sent me a photo of my Bitcoin being received on the blockchain. Then was told I had to pay $240 dollars to cover the withdrawal fees. I told them that I felt like I was being scammed because all they said was I had to send the $58 to be able to cash out.

So I decided to cut my losses and leave it that.Then yesterday I checked my email and I had one from the casino that said they were willing to waive the $240 transaction fee, but my account was suspended for inactivity and to reactivate my account I needed to send $100 reactivation fee and I would be able to receive my winnings. It was pretty tempting to send it. But I'm sure it's a scam.  my account should not have been inactive because I have played on their casino after that, and every time I get up in winning very fast, and same thing happens get stopped at the same amount of $6,125, and told that I needed to cash out in order to play more. So I have other withdrawals that are pending review that are in the thousands. I'll send you the screenshots of those and everything else in a private message.

They do not have a license, despite stating otherwise on their website:

Antillephone NV 8048/JAZ is one of the few Curacao master licenses. If you visit their website and check the domain https://www.diamondspincasino.com/

Boom, there is nothing.

Their entire website raises concerns, and the terms and conditions are poorly written and lack sufficient detail. They seem to be composed in an amateurish manner.

Their games are hosted on this casino's domain - https://www.grandslotpalace.com/#/ and not on Skywind official domain.
