I know LCB doesnt have this brand here however I decided to try this possibility, maybe you can try to help me. If not, at least I will protect some guys from our community not to deposit money to this DogsFortune (and their sister Duobetz) casino because from the comments I am reading online they simply dont pay winnings :( 

I made mistake that didnt make full research about them. When I opened account there everything was fine. My documents were verified before my deposit and very quickly so I though its a cool place, they are fast, so probably fast payments also are possible. 

Support agent was very kind to me, he explained me about welcome bonuses. So i made my first deposit with sports bonus. I wagered it in few days, of course was careful to follow the rules of the bonus. But my cash out of 230 eur request was rejected. I contacted support and agent she told me lies that seems bonus is not fully wagered. It was not true. And she gave me advice to play some more. Ok, i played some more while waiting for promised email from them. 

I didnt get any email. My balance was after some extra bets 250 eur. Every time I was ordering cash out it was rejected in two hours. Support started to ignore me in the chat every time I told a reason why I came to the chat. So there is nothing I can do anymore. Would be thankful if LCB could try to reach them however I understand that chances are minimal. But as I said my mission is to protect other players from playing there.

They sent me email with short answer that my withdrawals are rejected because I didnt wager bonus. Same think as they said first time. But bonus is completed, i dont have any active bonus in profile. Full amount is cashable. And I can see that its their tactics, like other players also was saying that wagering here takes forever, doesnt matter that bonus is wagered they always tell you that its not wagered. Requirements for my bonus was to wager 378 eur and I wagered already 1600 eur.. When I asked how much wagering left they dont answer. Its all clear that they are just forcing to play and to lose.
