The first two being swapped should not matter if the bet type allows partial positional matches.

If you happen to have a screenshot showing that the bet was placed on 3 out of 5 (rather than Perfect Order 5 out of 5), please feel free to share it with us so we can review it further and forward it to the casino.

However, if there is no supporting screenshot available, the casino will rely on the official report provided by the game provider, which clearly states that the bet placed was on Perfect Order 5 out of 5, and that only 3 were guessed correctly, which is not sufficient for a win under that bet type.

In that case, unfortunately, there would be no further grounds for us to pursue the matter.
