CLOSED: [due to the casino's unresponsiveness]: Elegant spins

I have deposited with ElegantSpins in the past and they send me free spins sometimes. About 2 weeks ago I received free spins or a chip, not sure which. After satisfying the playthrough reqs, I attempted to withdraw $50 bc I mistakenly believed I had already completed verification. When I did not get my funds, I contacted support to enquire about the verification process. Support said it takes 24 hours once docs are submitted. I then submitted my docs to get verified. 5 days go by and I have not heard anything so I log in and contact support. Support instructs me to resubmit my docs and I do. It takes another week but I do get verified. I return to elegant to withdraw my $50 only to find my balance is now $0.

I messaged elegant 4 or 5 days ago. I have received a response. I want to reiterate that I am a depositing player. Playthrough requirements were met and I completed verification.
