I made a clean deposit and was told I can only cash out 2x my deposit amount which was $24 due to playing a table game yet their terms state and I quote "Winnings from non-slot games are eligible for withdrawal up to a maximum of twice the initial deposit amount" it says nothing about slot winnings and btw I won $8 on the table game

Disputed amount: 1357$

Hello Fabio919,

Thank you for sharing your experience with our members.

ElegantSpins Casino has been placed on LCB’s Warning List due to numerous player complaints, mostly related to denied withdrawals and delayed payments. Despite our team’s repeated attempts to get in touch with them, the casino has failed to participate in the resolution of any submitted complaints.

While the majority of casinos are open to cooperation and communication is usually efficient and constructive, there are cases where certain casinos choose not to cooperate or fail to respond despite repeated attempts.

In this situation, we are very sorry, but our hands are tied. Without any communication from the casino, there is unfortunately nothing further we can do to assist you.

After conducting our own review, we decided to place this brand under a warning status in order to inform and protect our members. You can read all the details on the casino's review page, found HERE.

Our advice when choosing a site is to always make sure the platform operates legally in your country and to carefully review the game selection, terms, and overall reputation beforehand.

We truly regret that we cannot help further in this case and appreciate your understanding.
