    10/27/2025 I submitted a withdraw request for $255.00 my balance at the time was $335.00 leaving $80 in my account to cover the bonus amount. The $80 bonus was taken from my balance and my $255.00 withdraw was confirmed on 10/27/2025. They advertise 24 hour payouts. So after three weeks of lies and excuses I got fed up and had words with BEN from chat support. So just to be a  BEN cancelled my withdraw on 11/16/2025 and had the nerve to ask me to re-submit so we can begin the drawn out process all over again when my withdraw had already been authorized for 3 weeks.

    Could you please tell us what reason the casino gave for cancelling your withdrawal after it had already been authorised?
