We’re sorry to hear that your issue is still not resolved. As we have mentioned in our previous responses, unfortunately, we have not received any replies from the casino regarding this or any other complaints.
At this point, the casino is not cooperating with us, which means our hands are tied, and we are unable to assist further in this matter. You can also see on the forum that there are multiple unresolved complaints with similar issues.
Due to this behavior, the casino has been placed on our warning list in order to inform and protect other players.
