    Hi,

    my username is: andreahmed

    I deposited 100 euro and I played on the lighting roulete, got one number which is 13 on 100x lighting number, and they cancelled my withdrawing after waiting 6 days to process it !!!.

    I won 2450 and they canceled it

    The depoist was 100euro

    They say I placed a single bet that is more than 30% of my deposit, and that NEVER HAPPENED!!!

    Here's the reply from the casino:

    "Firstly, we must mention that the player has requested a withdrawal on 21 August 2020. For that time the last deposit and the source of withdrawal has been €100.00. Therefore, the following casino term should be taken into account:

    "16.2. We reserve the right to withhold any withdrawals and/or confiscate all winnings and bonuses for irregular play.
    16.3. "Irregular play" includes, inter alia:
    Placing total bets equal to or greater than 30% of the value of the deposit currently in play."

    Secondly, after making the deposit player has bet equal or more than 30% of one's deposit several times in the gameplay. Accordingly, the winnings have been voided."

    We've requested the evidence from the casino (your game history) and we've received it. It clearly shows that you were placing bets which had a value of more than 30% of your deposit, therefore, there's nothing more we can do to help you.

    We consider this case resolved.
