I have been dragging on and on and on about all this, finally got an email from "pitboss" and I'm told NOTHING IS WRONG!! Over the last two months I have had multiple spins where there were winning symbols but I did NOT get paid and it DOES NOT say it's a win. And don't even get me started on the Kong Fu stuff. I'm just so upset that my unpaid spins finally gets a response saying oh no nothing was wrong. Your wins didn't count. I'm gonna attach whatever I can then I'll reply with the rest of my pictures... Can somebody PLEASE explain to me how my spin on kong fu was not paid or completed correctly. They don't look at anything at all. It just hurts my feelings that I am on the site playing and depositing almost every day and I get screwed over then get told oh well basically.
Please I just want to understand how I'm wrong I will own it if for some reason these spins on Merlin riches and the winning symbols just didn't count that spin. Also the 3 bonus symbols and not even getting a bonus. And the Kong fu stuff happened on MrO. And the description does not even match the symbols.. like it says real whatever row whatever is a certain symbol AND YOU TAKE TWO SECONDS AND LOOK AND SEE That the descriptiom does not even match the picture of the spin! What's the point of having all this if they aren't even gonna fix problems with the people who love them the most. 🥺
