  • Hello dear LCB community. I would like to clarify with you whether my winnings of $100 were taken away from me fairly. 

    I made an account on 9.2.2024, passed verification without any problems. And with the promo code LCB77, I wagered the wager and the available $100 was ready on the account. I made a deposit confirming, and ordered a payment. Next, I activated the 3rd promo, and on the 4th promo MAGIC200, I wagered the bonus again and ordered a payout of $100. But before withdrawing, I contacted support and asked if I needed to make a deposit again, I was told that it was not necessary, you had already done it, I ordered a payout and received a zeroing of the entire balance. How to understand it, how the system works. You make a deposit, they reset and say that there was a mix account, you do not make a deposit, they reset and say that you needed a deposit. According to the rules, I received $100 on the 5th promo code, without violating the rules, the use of promo is unlikely without a deposit, I ask you to figure it out fairly, it's a shame that this system is not clear at all.     We received a response from the casino rep stating the following:

    The player requested a withdrawal from a free promotion after already being paid out from one, without making a deposit in between, which is not allowed: "Only one withdrawal from free promotion is allowed between deposits."

    This rule can also be found on the company's website in the Promotions section under "Free spins forever!"

  • Untruth. I contacted the support in the live chat and asked several times if I needed to make another deposit. I was answered by Alexis (the name of the support) that I do not need to make a deposit, so as not to have a "mix of the real balance and a withdrawal bonus of $100", I asked several times "definitely not to deposit", I was told that "it is not necessary, I will warn the banking department about your withdrawal". So I put it, in the end zero. Can you ask them for correspondence? That's funny....
