  • hello , my withdrawal in EuroBets casino has not been processed for 12 days, every day the casino chat promises to pay soon or says that everything is within an acceptable time frame (but all the deadlines have already passed) I will be glad any help with this situations

  • do they have any kind of license? maybe i shoud contact people who issued them a license, this is the first time I see this (promises to withdraw money every day, it would be better if they just said that we are a scam project and do not pay money)

    As far as I can see they don't have a gaming license. We sent them a reminder. Let's see if they reply. It was a weekend and they usually don't work at weekends.

    As it is crazy, very long cashout frame. We asked them about the reason for such a big delay so let's see if they reply.

  • of course no, they didnt paid, and will not pay, the support on their website is only to calm dawn people, they have not paid a cent (only promises), I think to contact slot providers, payment counteragents and people who provided them hosting, because this is a fraudulent casino

    Thats always good ... Doubt if there will be any honest answer coming from them...

    Their promises arent really good for anything as far as I can read here.

    You are right it is not a good business practce. You should have received your payout so far. 

    We sent them several reminders already and we haven't heard back. We'll keep on trying to reach them. 

  • I wasn`t surprised when I found out that this casino is blacklisted on most sites, anyway there is another a couple of screenshots from the today conversation

  • Unfortunately, casinos that do not want to pay either make excuses or promise they are going to pay the next day.

    We haven't heard from the casino rep. You can file a complaint to their licensor and see if they can help you.

  • I tried to contact affiliateguarddog, the certificate of which was listed on the site, but they also do not answer anything, this is terrible, the winnings and the amount of the deposit are lost forever, such casinos should be marked as one hundred percent scam !

    Well , my withdrawal 20 month in pending status (from 17 January 2021)

  • i'm sorry to hear the issues you are having too, these guys are just struggling with their profit heads i think, i do believe they will come good in the end as i have stuck with them. just difficult times !!
