RESOLVED: Europa777 - Withdrawal delay

Hi. I registered here because how i saw someone get help here with a sister site of Europa777 like Canada777.

So let's go. 

30 June i made several deposits to Europa777 for 350+ $ without any bonus codes only my cash. Fnally i hit something good and my final balance was 2595$. So i withdraw 2500$ to my crypto wallet and 95$ loose. Before wihdraw this amount with the smaller amounts there was no problem like 50-200 euro, always 2-4 hours and i got everything to my crypto wallet. So after withdraw 2500$ to my crypto wallet i go to the live chat and asked if there would be any problems with paying such an amount to my crypto wallet i got answer yes of course i can withdraw easily this ammount to my crypto wallet. 24 hours later....  They asked me for a 2 verification 1: Card Authorization 2: KYC with bank documents. Of course i understand this it's not the first casino which asks for additional document's so i send all document's. 48 hours later... I asking for my verification and they ask me for a resend documents.... Okay i resend documents... 48 hours later... I go to live chat and again asking for my pending withdrawal. I got answer my verification is done and i got paidout on sunday and i got 20 Free spins from customer support. Today is 7 july monday just 7 days and still nothing any info and what is funny 1 hour ago i go to the live chat and try to ask about my withdrawal and they just close the chat. Im really tired and need help i can't fight with this casino alone. I have screenshots with every conversations on live chat i have emails and everything. I will be grateful for your help.
