    Hallo miteinander,

    Ich habe am 08.12.2025 eine Auszahlung gemacht in Höhe von 4200€

     

    ich habe ohne Bonus gespielt, habe ca 7000€-8000€ Gewinn gehabt und dann wieder runter gespielt bis 1800€ und dann wieder knapp 6000€ gewonnen wo ich mir dachte ich versuche es noch bis 4500€

     

    im Endeffekt habe ich 4400€ als Auszahlung abgegeben.

     

    am 07.12.2025 200€ per Kreditkarte wurden am 09.12.2025 ausgezahlt 

    und die 4200€ am 08.12.2025 per Bank Überweisung.

    aber die stehen seitdem in Bearbeitung bin komplett KYC verifiziert.

    sie sagen mir nur das ich Geduld habe die Sache weitergeleitet wurde oder hohes Aufkommen.

     

    hat jemand Erfahrung gemacht mit größeren Beträgen und Auszahlungen wird überhaupt ausgezahlt ?

    I made a withdrawal of €4200 on December 8, 2025.

    I played without a bonus, had a win of around €7000-€8000, then played it down to €1800, and then won almost €6000 again, at which point I thought I'd try to get to €4500.

    In the end, I paid out €4400.

    €200 was paid out by credit card on December 7, 2025, and paid out on December 9, 2025.

    and the €4200 on December 8, 2025 via bank transfer.

    But they've been in progress ever since; I'm fully KYC verified.

    They just tell me to be patient, that the matter has been forwarded, or that there is a high volume of cases.

    Has anyone had experience with larger sums of money and whether payouts are actually made?

    According to what is stated in their Terms and Conditions, withdrawals should be either approved or declined within a period of two days.

    Additionally, the following provision is clearly stated in their Terms and Conditions:

    “4.4. Withdrawals shall be remitted only to the same account from which the funds originated. Where this is not possible, the funds shall be remitted in accordance with the applicable requirements under AML legislation.”

    Which payment method did you use to make the deposit, and which payment methods were available to you for withdrawal?

    Could you please confirm what status is currently displayed in your cashier section? Specifically, is the withdrawal shown as “pending”?

    für die Auszahlung Überweisung da Revolut per Kreditkarte wie ich mitbekommen habe das Geld nicht annimmt.

    Das Bankkonto ist zusammen mit der Kreditkarte von Revolut verknüpft.

    konto und Kreditkarte sind beide verifiziert sowie das ich selbst komplett KYC verifiziert bin.

    Bei der Auszahlung steht In Bearbeitung / Ausstehend Seit dem 08.12.2025.

    So, for deposits, usually credit card or Apple Pay is used.

    For the payout, bank transfer is required, as Revolut does not accept credit card payments, as far as I know.

    The bank account is linked to the Revolut credit card.

    My account and credit card are both verified, and I myself am fully KYC verified.

    The payment status shows "In Process / Pending" since December 8, 2025.
