Beware.  Ar first I liked Firefox but they're part of a group that in my opinion is notorious for allowing players to win right away and then once the bait is set good luck ever winning again. But this complaint is about fair play. I play Sweet 16 Blastand I bought the bonus for 100x the bet, so with a $1 bet it costs $100 to buy the bonus. I had some success early on it then the "supposedly random" machine proceeded to wipeout 44 of the next 48 bonus purchases I made over a period of a couple weeks.  Not only did I lose but each time 80-90% of the bet was wiped out. To put in perspective, of the nearly $2000 spent on bonuses the total money I won was around $150, so a net loss of $1850 and these are supposed to be bonuses.  Of the 4 that I "won", one was a push one was a $20 winner and the other two $10 or so. I complained to them and as always they blamed it on RTG and that everything is guaranteed random, well there's nothing random about that and at one point I had been wiped out 31 times in a row. In addition RTG doesn't provide specific game rtp, the only company that doesn't and I'm pretty sure the reason is that it allows them to manipulate payouts without it being blatantly obvious.  The reality is you will never win on a hot streak over multiple days with RTG games because they base everything on rtp and if yours is high they shut down whatever game you're playing no matter what it is and you have no chance to win even though you think the odds are the same. In other words more often than not you have zero chance of winning because their software won't allow you to. ANY THOUGHT YOU HAVE THAT YOU CAN WIN ON ANY GIVEN DAY IS FALSE, the games are not fair at all. Their definition of fair is simply that theyre "random" but what they don't tell you is that if someone else wins big your chances of winning go way down simply because they base it on rtp.  In other words there are no specific odds and you could easily lose 500 deposits in a row which I might add was told to me by their support team.  To put it in simple terms, if you think you have an equal chance of winning every time you deposit you DONT! In fact you may have zero chance more often than not.

They ripped me off too on my payout. Do not use this site. It's a scam.
